Update to TxDOT Sign Crew Field Book

Introduction

The TxDOT Sign Crew Field Book was originally developed as part of a TxDOT-TTI research project and first published in 1997.  The current edition was published in 1998 and revised in 2000.  Since that time, there have been numerous changes in signing practices and the MUTCD that have led to the need for an update of the Sign Crew Field Book.  TTI researchers involved in the development of the original Sign Crew Field Book have updated the document as part of Research Project 0-4701.  A links to current draft document is presented below.
